Onboarding Checklist

This page contains tasks to be completed during your onboarding period (from pre-start to your first day). Follow this checklist and check the instructions of each task to ensure a smooth onboarding experience!

Pre-Onboarding Tasks

You should complete the tasks below before your Start Date

  1. Complete your background check application using the link from CV check (AU & NZ)/ Hireright (SG). (See the “Background check” tab for more details)
  2. Send your picture and details about yourself (short intro) that HR will request by email.
  3. Complete your Workday onboarding tasks prior to your start date.

  4. Send your payroll documents through DocuSign, complete it before your start date.

1st Week Onboarding Tasks

You should complete the tasks below in your First Day & First Week at WEX!

  1. Log into your laptop on your start date – Do not attempt to log in before.

  2. Attend New Hire Orientation (NHO) in your first week.
