For help prior to your start date: Because you should not attempt to login prior to your start date, WEX does not provide technical support until after you have started at WEX. If you do not receive your equipment prior to your start date please contact one of the following for support:

For tech support on or after your start date in the US: In the US, End User Support office hours are available for the first 90 minutes of New Hire Orientation. Please see the U.S. New Hire Orientation schedule and plan to join during those office hours if you cannot log in to your computer on the morning of your start date. You’ll be able to access support after orientation by calling the IT Service Desk at 1-800-493-9227.
